You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price minus a 15% restocking fee. We'll wave the restocking fee and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We accept returns of opened, used products if, upon investigation of the issue, it is determined that the product is faulty or defective. Such returns will be replaced with material free from defect, or your may chose to exchange the product for a different item, retain a store credit or receive a refund in the amount of the full product price.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Refunds are provided in the form of the payment method received. Credit card refunds must be applied to the same card charged for the original purchase.
